　　赛赛：你喜欢游泳吗？它是一项很适合在夏季进行的运动项目，在奥运会中也是非常重要的竞技项目。在本期的英文大补店中，你将学到一些描述游泳的动词和一些人体器官的名词。 ^_^

　　黄淑韵：嗨，大家好，我叫黄淑韵，今年15岁，在北京二中读高一。我很高兴可以和大家一起学英语！

　　你喜欢尼莫吗？你想不想帮助他的爸爸找他？嗯，我恐怕不能摇摇魔法棒给你身上安上鱼鳍，因为我不是哈里?波特。但是我可以教你游泳，这样你至少可以像鱼一样在水里活动……好吧，一开始的时候，也许更像一只青蛙。

　　BREASTSTROKE

　　Breaststroke is made up of a strong kick and pull, followed by a long glide. The leg kick is very much like the kick of a frog, which is why breaststroke is called“frog stroke” in Chinese.

　　蛙泳由强有力的踢腿、推手臂以及之后的一个长长的滑行组成。踢腿的动作非常像青蛙(在游泳时)的踢腿动作。这也是中文里“Breaststroke”叫做“蛙泳”的原因。

　　Freestyle is also known as front crawl, and is the fastest of all the swimming styles. To swim the freestyle, You keep your legs straight, with your toes pointed out, and kick up and down continuously. Move your arms in a windmill motion opposite each other.

　　自由泳又被叫做“爬泳”，它是四种泳姿中速度最快的。游自由泳的时候，你的腿要保持正直，脚趾向外，连续地上下打水。你的手臂要像风车一样运动，轮流滑水。

　　Backstroke or back crawl is the third fastest of the four swimming styles. t is similar to freestyle, except that you do it the opposite way, you facing upward instead of downward and moving your arms backward instead of forward.

　　仰泳的速度是四种泳姿中第三位的。它和自由泳类似，只是动作相反。你仰面而不是俯面在水上，并且你手臂的动作不是向前滑水，而是向后。
